Return Policy

Within 14 days after the date of purchase, all products may be returned and fully refunded.
Your item must be new and in the same condition that you received it to be returned for manufacturing issues. Additionally, it must be in its original packaging.
Please take a picture of the item and its packaging if you receive the products broken so we can file a claim with the shipping company and reimburse you. The cost of shipping will be covered by the business.
Within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise, the consumer must report the incident.
In the case of a return or exchange, the original receipt must be shown.

Once we receive and inspect the returned Product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method, excluding shipping charges and any applicable fees.
