Porser Egypt is the exclusive agent in Egypt for PORSER, ID FINE, and ROOTS. Our website provides customers with access to products from these brands through our official sales channel.

Product appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, or photographic presentation. If you need clarification about a product before placing an order, please contact us through our official communication channels.

3. Orders and Order Confirmation

When placing an order, customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, delivery details, and order information.

An order submitted through the website may require confirmation or review before processing. If we identify an issue affecting an order, our team may contact the customer to clarify the details.

4. Payment Methods

Porser Egypt currently offers the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery: Payment is made when the order is delivered.

  • Visa: Online card payment during checkout.

  • InstaPay: Bank transfer before shipment.

For InstaPay orders, customers must transfer the full order amount to the bank account details displayed after placing the order. A screenshot of the successful transfer, together with the order number, must be sent through our official Facebook or Instagram messages.

InstaPay orders will be shipped after payment has been verified. Once the transfer is verified, the customer will not be required to pay the same order amount again upon delivery.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped using the available delivery service selected or arranged by Porser Egypt.

Under the courier company's procedures, opening the shipment while the courier representative is present is not permitted. Customers must receive their orders and inspect the complete shipment after the courier representative has left.

If any item is broken or has a manufacturing defect, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the shipment, following the procedure outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

Customers should review that policy for information about eligibility, the 14-day return and exchange period, original packaging requirements, excluded items, reporting damaged products, shipping costs, and refund procedures.

7. Warranty

Eligible products purchased through the official Porser Egypt website or through orders placed via our official social media pages are covered by Porser Egypt's lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Products purchased from other sellers or unofficial sources are not covered by the Porser Egypt warranty.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

Website content, including text, photographs, product images, logos, graphics, and other materials, is intended for use on the official Porser Egypt website.
