1. Inspecting Your Order Upon Delivery

Due to the courier company's delivery procedures, opening the shipment while the courier representative is present is not permitted.

Customers must receive their orders and inspect the complete shipment after the courier representative has left.

Please carefully check all items to ensure that the products have arrived in good condition.

2. Reporting Broken or Defective Items

If you discover any broken pieces or manufacturing defects after inspecting your order, you must notify Porser Egypt within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Please send a message to our official Facebook or Instagram page containing:

• Your order number.

• A photo of the purchase invoice.

• Clear photos showing the broken or defective piece(s).

Our team will review your report and take the necessary action as soon as possible.

Important: Reports of broken or defective items must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery through our official Facebook or Instagram messages.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Return and exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• Products may be opened for inspection only and must remain unused.

• The original packaging and all components of the set must be retained.

• The product must be returned in its original condition.

• Certain products are not eligible for return or exchange, including gifts provided with purchases.
